Following thorough liaison between clients and local authority your design will be finalised. Detailed CAD drawings will be prepared for submission to the local authority for planning and building regulations, along with all necessary forms and supporting documentation including Design and Access Statements.
All projects will incorporate the latest thinking on energy efficiency, CO2 emissions and renewable energy. New build projects and extensions will be designed to comply with the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes.
